The Renegade Summer Trail Run Series will make you feel like a kid again. Join your running friends for an evening 5 mile trail run through beautiful Peters Canyon Wilderness Park at this Thursday night summer running series. Stay afterward for music and BBQ.  We have the Rough Fit Kids Obstacle Course again this year and a great play area so be sure to bring the kids!

With each Trail Run entry get your choice of the BBQ* or event T-shirt*.  Additional BBQ tickets and T-shirts will be available for a $5 donation.

The Renegade Summer Trail Run Series benefits WeROCK (We Run Orange County’s Kids), a non-profit organization that provides after-school intervention programs for the Middle and High School students of Orange County. By delivering education and proper training for the completion of a 26.2 mile marathon, We ROCK teaches our community’s teenagers the important life skills of goal setting, self-reliance, discipline and self-confidence. MAKE A DIFFERENCE & DONATE TO TRAIL MAINTENANCE

The OCCC provides trail maintenance in Peters Canyon Regional Parks. The OCCC's approach to employablility teaches teamwork and cooperation by utilizing work projects that are beneficial to the community and the environment by creating an atmosphere where corps members have the chance to develop on an educational, professional and personal level. SBR Coaching Trail Running Class

Trail running can make running fun again. Trail running takes you away from those boring runs on sidewalks or endless treadmills.  

Join us for some fun and structured run workouts with the SBR Trail Running team and train for the Renagade Racing 5-mile trail running series in beautiful Peters Canyon Wilderness, 15K and 20K races or just join us for the great training.  Anyone who wants to improve their run and race results or thinking about starting trail running- this class is for you ! We know once you give it a try, you will love it. 

Coach Pam will guide you at every trail run and will teach you how important strength training and core balance are to your success with trail running.   With our skill and drill structured workouts you will also see a big improvement in your stamina and speed.  

Duration: May 5th- August 1st  

Class meetings Sunday at 7 a.m. 

Locations: Variety of locations with excellent trail running terrain in the Irvine, Newport, Tustin areas.

Cost: $60 per month – Four Sundays – Sessions last 1.5 hours.

Cost includes training plans, functional strength workouts and  Discount on Race Entries!!!
