Orange County's best holiday run, the Troutman Sanders Renegade Santa Run, previously the Make Room for Santa Run, returns to start at Hick's Canyon Elementary School. It is the same great event that it has always been and features a flat and scenic course. You will enjoy running along the Peter's Canyon bike trail, lined with beautiful trees and landscaping. Walkers are WELCOME! Each finisher will get a cool running Santa finisher's ornament and T-shirt. Renegade Racing is giving prizes to participants who are dressed in the best Santa or Holiday Themed (non-Santa) costume.

BJ's Restaurant Foundation

When children were in need, BJ's Restaurant Foundation responds with food and clothing and a kind word. The BJ's Team TASC Force Team Members will be there with our teams to walk, run or ride bikes to help raise money. When children were undergoing treatment in local hospitals, TASC Force Team Members helped in nearby homes where their parents anxiously awaited the results of treatments and surgeries. Join the team and make a difference.

• Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable but participants may roll their entry fee to the following year if they send a written request prior to the race date
• Participants must be in good health and fit enough to participate in the event
• Participants must show photo ID at packet pickup to receive your bib, timing chip and other items associated with the event.
• Parents of children without photo ID may pick up race items on their child’s behalf
• Participants may pick up a family member’s or friend’s race items at early packet pickup if the person is pre-registered and they provide a copy of a photo ID of the participant they are picking up for.
• All race day bib and timing chip pickups must be done by the participant
• Bib numbers are required to participate and those who attempt to participate without bib numbers will be removed from the course
• No bikes, inline skates, skateboards or dogs are allowed on the course.
• Baby joggers are allowed but must start in the back of the field to prevent accidents or collisions with other participants
• For safety reasons headphones are not permitted

Age Group Division Awards

Men and Women: 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+
Youth:  6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-19
Kids Runs and Kids Duathlons are non-competitive and will be timed but overall and age division awards will not be given.
